The owner and managing director of the company and also a member of the Czech Association of Interim Management. She graduated from the University of Economics. In the past, she worked as a Director of organizing and project management UZSVM, where among other things, implemented IT projects, such as the DMS, ISMS, including a project funded by the ESF (CRAB). Furthermore, she was responsible for procedural way of organization, including the systematization of positions and job descriptions. She created a system of internal regulations and directives. Then she conducted comparative analysis of activities in relation to employees’ performance. She cooperated closely with the working group NERV in KPI and was a member of the organization PuREnet (Real Estate). She previously worked as HR manager at Siemens.
